About the Event

This workshop focuses on finding your own movement, combining a sensual warm up and removing articles of clothing through free dance and guided choreography. Students will be led through various dance progressions aided by soft lighting to optimize comfort, effort, and creativity. This workshop welcomes all levels! Recommended clothing is TBA.
